Job Description - Telesales/Marketing Coordinator
TICON General Contractors seeks
a driven, self-motivated professional with natural sales ability to join their
team as a TeleSales/Marketing Coordinator. This multi-tasking position provides
support to the sales and marketing team as well as playing a key role in
developing new business through the establishment of new customer accounts via
inside sales calls.
Key Roles:
Identifying, qualifying and setting a targeted number of appointments to
introduce the many facets of the Companys construction services via cold
calling to prospective clients and handling calls using lead information from
various sources.
Online savvy - finding information and implementing online components in sales
efforts.
Performs administrative duties relating to the marketing department. This
position requires knowledge of marketing department practices and procedures
with the ability to give support to revenue-generating and/or revenue-support
initiatives.
Duties involve coordinating various marketing department functions including
inputting/analyzing basic marketing data, participation on marketing projects as
directed.
Handle production of graphic support for a variety of printed and PowerPoint
sales tools including brochures, presentations, mailers, graphic e-mails, etc.
Assists in planning and execution of special events including trade shows,
awards events and PR coordination
Research information for Marketing Reps, correspond with designers for
demographic information and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and possess the ability to navigate the internet. Background in Marketing and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or ACT! is a plus.
